Expansion of this manufacturing plant required construction of a new 35,000 square feet warehouse behind the existing 35,000 square foot building on Pegasus Drive.  In addition, to access the new warehouse, the existing loading ramp was demolished and a new loading ramp which could be utilized by both buildings was constructed.  Cannon Associates was selected to provide engineering and surveying services for this project.  The scope of work included preparation of plans and specification for grading and drainage, storm water pollution prevention plans, site planning, and a topographic survey.  The drainage design included surface and underground storm drain systems that tied into an existing County sump.  To accommodate secondary containment, Cannon Associates provided additional design.  In addition, Cannon Associates prepared a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and filed a Notice of Intent with California Regional Water Quality Control Board.
