The restaurant owners of Pagliacci Pizza, voted a favorite in the Seattle region for many years, wanted to expand their space to accommodate more guests. This improvement project would add approximately 1,080 square-feet to the existing restaurant, increasing the total floor area to 2,400 square-feet. The original 1,400 square-foot building was developed with an asphalt parking lot, concrete walkways, perimeter landscaping, and small retaining walls. The necessary sitework for the expansion included removing existing pavement for the building addition area and installing new concrete walkways around the building footprint. The parking area was also restriped to comply with current City standards and to accommodate 17 parking spaces based on zoning requirements.
Cannon was selected to provide site improvement plans for the restaurant improvements. Cannon’s work included striping layout for parking; site grading design for a new ADA-compliant curb ramp, walkway, and parking stall; frontage improvement design: and utility connections. Cannon worked closely with the architect to develop a minimally impactful site design that allowed the project to stay under key stormwater code thresholds.Back to Service
