This impressive master planned community offers a variety of homes in an under-supplied core Southern California market. Featuring 823 homes in eleven different neighborhoods, Rancho Miramonte will feature a clubhouse, pool, neighborhood parks, trails, and significant open space along its perimeter. Cannon provided both civil engineering design and survey.
Cannon prepared off-site infrastructure for domestic/reclaimed water, sewer, storm drain and street improvements. We also provided Domestic/Reclaimed Water Improvement Plans for the proposed water systems, Sewer Improvement Plans for the proposed sewer system, and Storm Drain Improvement Plans for the proposed storm drain system serving the development in full conformance with the City of Chino and County of Riverside Standards.
Cannon provided street improvement plans for the on-site streets based on the standards of the City of Chino. We also prepared traffic and signing plans for the proposed street within the development, as part of the street improvement plans, in full compliance with the City’s requirements.
Cannon prepared hydrology/hydraulic calculations for this Project to be in compliance with the City of Chino standards and drainage design criteria for the approval of a preliminary WQMP during the entitlement process. Cannon is assisting with site plan studies during the planning process that will lead to a tentative map approval during entitlement. Cannon will also prepare all “B” level maps and on-site improvement plans.Back to Market
