February 11, 2016—Cannon’s Well Worth It Campaign kicked off their 2016 fundraising efforts with their ever popular annual Pancake Breakfast. Hungry attendees gathered to enjoy a morning of Valentine’s Day-themed fun with friends, family, and sweethearts to provide underdeveloped communities with access to clean water.

Cannon’s offices worked together to serve hundreds of pancakes for a cause. In the San Luis Obispo Office, chefs from Popolo’s Catering grilled up tray after tray of pancakes all morning and provided sausage and eggs to
complete the breakfast feast. Pancake fixings such as fresh berries, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and Nutella were also offered. A donation from Blackhorse gave attendees unlimited cups to coffee, and orange juice was available as well. Katie Rollins and Itai Axelrad fired up the grills in LA and made flapjacks and bacon for participants in Southern California!

By the end of the festivities, $1,200 in event ticket sales and donations went toward the Well Worth It Campaign’s first well projects for 2016. Cannon is extremely grateful to all of its volunteers who worked hard to make the event a success and to everyone who attended for their generosity and support.
