Beverly Hills Water Main Replacement

The City of Beverly Hills selected Cannon to provide engineering and design services for improvements to its water system infrastructure. The improvement projects were located in the following pressure zones: 3 (384 feet), 4 (454 feet), 5 (499 feet), 6 (628 feet), and 8 (800 feet). Overall, Cannon replaced a total of 22,000 feet of 8-inch, 12-inch, and 16-inch pipeline. The scope of work included engineering and design services to deliver high-quality construction documents to reduce contractor change orders and meet the City’s projected budgets. We prepared record drawings and specifications, site investigations, utility research, topographic survey, engineering design, construction plans, cost estimates, bid documents, response to RFIs, and construction support.
