City of Santa Ana On-Call Plan Check Services

Cannon provides numerous broad based plan checking duties for the City of Santa Ana. The City of Santa Ana encompasses 27.5 square miles and a population of 325,000 people. Cannon was selected to provide plan check services as an extension to the City’s current workforce. As such, the scope of work includes working in conjunction with City staff to better serve and complement the needs of the Public Works Agency. On an as-needed basis, Cannon provides review of grading plans, street improvement plans, WQMPs, hydrology & hydraulic plans, wet utility plans, and street lighting plans.
