Athens Development

The Athens Community is a residential development in Moreno Valley, California within greater Riverside County. This development contains 86 single-family homes with both one- and two-story open floor plans.

Cannon was selected to provide civil engineering and survey services for the Athens development. Survey services included horizontal and vertical control to locate existing street centerlines and property line survey monuments, rough grading (GPS Control), building pad certifications, and building corners. Cannon also provided construction staking for sewers, storm drains and basins, domestic waterlines, curbs and gutters, retaining walls, perimeter wall property lines, dry utilities, and light posts.

Cannon also provided civil engineering services to prepare a comprehensive site plan, precise grading plans, and a homeowner disclosure exhibit for each lot.
