This year marks Cannon’s 40th anniversary! To celebrate, Cannon aims to raise $100,000 for its Well Worth It Campaign. Well Worth It is a charity campaign that has been an integral part of Cannon company culture since 2010. All of the funds raised for Well Worth It go to fund the construction of wells in developing countries in an effort to ensure access to clean water for people around the globe. A contribution of $20 provides water for one person, so when Cannon’s goal of $100,000 is reached, 5,000 people will have access to clean water.
In pursuit of this goal, Cannon is offering Corporate Sponsorships to local businesses that would like to become a part of the Well Worth It Campaign. On top of doing good, sponsorships have the added benefit of gaining advertising and marketing opportunities for sponsor businesses.
Individuals can also get involved in Well Worth It through ambassadorships. To become an ambassador, individuals pledge to raise $250 in ticket sales to Cannon’s Annual Drive-Thru BBQ, which takes place in August, through running pledges, or through straight donations. Ambassadors will receive a thank you gift bag filled with Well Worth It merchandise.
