Irvine, CA – Cannon Corporation, a full-service engineering consulting firm, announced that it has merged with PENCO Engineering (PENCO), a civil engineering, land development, planning, and surveying firm with offices in Irvine and Corona, California. Founded in 1988 by George Jurica in Santa Ana, California, PENCO has worked on an array of projects for important clients like Disney, Irvine Company and Los Angeles Department of Public Works.

With this merger, the company expands their ability to serve more clients in Southern California.  They have offices in eight locations including Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Bakersfield, Corona, Irvine, Ontario, Santa Barbara, California and Issaquah, Washington.
